What is the DocsCloud platform?

DocsCloud is a web-based software platform that helps you create web forms, generate the filled documents from templates, manage & get the documents digitally signed, host the documents & extract the text from the documents & images.

What are the various modules in DocsCloud?

DocsCloud has 5 modules,

1. Form Builder: Create web forms for online data collections

2. DocTemplate: Generate filled documents using templates

3. DocSignature: Automate the digital signature process

4. DocPublisher: Host standard documents in one place

5. DocExtractor: Extract data from documents and images

Can you elaborate on the plans available at PitchGroud?

• Plan A - DocSignature LTD - This plan offers the LTD access to the DocSignature module. The plan is relevant for the users who would like to use the DocsCloud platform largely for the purpose of getting the documents signed. The user can create and dispatch up to 200 documents every month up to 500 signees. The user will have access to all the features that are available in DocSignature. Apart from this, the user will receive the basic level of access in other modules, which are, Form Builder, DocTemplate, DocPublisher & DocExtractor.

• Plan B - Form Builder & DocTemplate LTD - This plan offers the LTD access to the Form Builder & DocTemplate module. The plan is relevant for the users who would like to use the DocsCloud platform for the purpose of Document Generation. Along with all the features in both these modules, users can have up to 20 Forms & 20 Templates. Apart from this, the user will receive the basic level of access in other modules, that are, DocSignature, DocPublisher & DocExtractor

• Plan C - DocsCloud (excluding DocExtractor) LTD - This plan offers the LTD access to the Form Builder, DocTemplate, DocSignature & DocPublisher modules. The module that is currently not included in this plan is DocExtractor. This plan offers all the features in the covered modules. Apart from this, the user will receive the basic level of access in the DocExtractor module.

• Plan D - DocsCloud LTD - This plan offers the LTD access to all the modules (Bundle Combined) that are currently listed on the platform (Form Builder, DocTemplate, DocSignature DocPublisher & DocExtractor).

Can the balance/pending/unused features be rolled over or it simply restarts every month?

Limits like Forms, Templates (and similar) are lifelong limits and hence there is no provision to have a balance scenario. E.g. if the limit is 20 forms, that means you can have a maximum of 20 active forms in your account at any point in time. To create the 21st form, you have to delete one of the existing formd. Limits like 200 documents per month restart every month and you can not carry forward the unused limits. 

If I purchase one of the plans, will I get LTD access to the future modules?

In case we release any new modules in the future, we might or might not offer them as free lifetime access. The final decision remains with the DocsCloud team. 

Can I combine and purchase two different plans?

You can do that however in the case of the overlapping components (e.g. forms), the count will not get double hence it will not bring any impact. 

Do you offer automation plugins?

We have our plugins available in the Zapier, Pabbly & Integrately ecosystem. You can also connect our modules using the standard WebHook & API plugins available in any automation platform.
