Q: Can I see any examples of companies using FeedBear?
A: Take a look at the boards for Markup Hero, Syncspider, Nodehub, WP Ultimo.
Q: What if I have several projects?
A: You can create unlimited boards within your project. Some customers use separate boards for different products within the same project. If you'd like to have separate accounts, with different branding, you'll need to create a new project and buy a different plan.
Q: Do you have multi-language support?
A: The FeedBear app is only available in English, at the moment, but we're working to add multi-language support in Q4 2021. You can edit most of the text used in the interface your users will use to leave feedback. From your board, click on Board Settings, then edit the text used in the widget and new idea box in your board.
Q: Can I host my roadmap or feedback board on my own domain?
A: Yes! Many customers use feedback.domain.com or roadmap.domain.com - note we’re working on adding SSL support, at the moment this requires you to use something like Cloudflare to add SSL for your custom subdomain, read more in our help article: https://help.feedbear.com/article/9-setting-up-a-custom-domain
Q: Can I have a feedback widget running within my app or website?
A: Yes, you can easily add a feedback widget within your web application to collect feedback from your users. If you have a mobile app, we suggest linking to your feedback board within a webview or loading the board in Safari/Chrome. Read more in our help article.
Q: What is the exact meaning of “users"?
A: Users are customers or users of your website/application registering on your feedback board to post an idea, vote or leave a comment.
