Where can I analyze my content / How to open the emotional tool / Where should I add documents?

Click on the “Apps” icon on our website and select “Emotional tool”. This will take you to an environment where you can analyze and edit written content.

Why does my account show Annual billing?

Your plan is a lifetime plan but will be shown as a yearly plan. The plan will auto renew at $0 every year for billing purposes.

How to use the emotional tool?

Add a new document. Let the tool analyze the tones, emotions, impact, and plagiarism present in your texts.

How to add a document?

Click on the “Add Story” button present on the top right of the product window. You can create an Instoried document. 

Can I write in a new document?

Yes, you can write in the new documents inside the emotional tool.

Can I upload my own document?

Yes, you can upload a .txt, .doc, or .pdf file.

How many documents can I create / How many documents can I upload?

You can upload or create an unlimited amount of documents. 

What is the maximum word limit for a story/ Is there a limit to the size of the document/ How many words can the tool analyze?

You can edit and analyze up to 1800 words. These could be of however any many characters.

Can I edit the document?

Yes, the emotional tool provides a platform where you can edit your document.

Can I sort my documents?

Yes, you can sort your documents 

Can I sort my documents alphabetically?

Yes, you can sort your documents alphabetically(A-Z) 

Can I sort my documents by date?

Yes, you can sort your document by date(recently created first)

Can I filter through my documents?

Yes, you can filter your documents as “Survey Completed”, “Survey Pending”, “Submitted”, and “Not Submitted”.

Yes, you can search any document by its name on the tool’s homepage.

Yes, you can click on the name and edit it.

Only people who are added as panel members can view your story.

How to create a survey?

Visit the panel analysis tab and click on the “create a survey” button.
