What&#x27;s a session? Session count is a record of the number of times a user visits your website within a given month. A cookie on the visitor&#x27;s browser is used to track the user&#x27;s activity between the time they enter your domain and the time they leave. Each time a user initiates a session, a session counter increments for that user. For example, if User A comes to your site for the first time on the 1st of January, that user&#x27;s session count is 1. If the user closes the page or is off the internet and comes back on the 2nd of January, the session count is 2, and so on for each subsequent return. If the user is inactive for more than 5 hours, then the session gets expired.How do you calculate the number of visitors?We do not count visitors, we count the number of sessions. The first to register from a company is the super admin. Other members with same domain email can only be added to the same account. For now, you can send us a request and we will do it manually for you.How does WhatsApp ticketing work?<ul><li>Whatsapp ticketing is available - Whatsapp chats can be created as tickets and agents can collaborate on them.</li><li>We will give a widget that they can use on the site or can share numbers directly with customers. Any chat coming to the number will be created as a ticket automatically.</li><li>Currently we support Twilio as a Whatsapp BSP and when someone buys the Add-On we will enable Whatsapp Ticketing from the backend.</li><li>Chatbot for Whatsapp is still in Beta and not available to test.</li></ul>
