Can we do online payment inside emails?
No, at present it isn’t possible to complete payments inside emails due to security issues. However, with interactive emails, Mailmodo helps you to bring your users to the final payment checkout stage inside emails and then redirects to the secured payment gateway for the final steps. The process has been made smooth to make it fluent and as frictionless as possible reducing the number of steps required for online payments.
Do we have a direct integration with Shopify?
No, we do not have one at present. However, we are working on it.

No, our emails carry no branding.
Can I add my own custom domain?
Yes, you can.

Yes, you will need to use your own SMTP for the LTD. Mailmodo’s SMTP can be availed outside of LTD.
What are the limitations of the LTD plans?
Not many. The only thing is that you will have to configure your own SMTP to send mails.

What is AMP for email?
AMP Email is a framework created by Google that allows emails to render and display dynamic elements like accordions, carousels, forms, calendars, shopping carts, dynamic APIs, etc. within the mail-body. It creates a mini-website inside an email.
Are there any limitations of AMP emails?
AMP emails are just like any other emails except the fact that they come with a number of superpowers and don't render in every email client at present. There aren't any other limitations.
Which email clients support AMP for Email?
At present, AMP is supported by Gmail, GSuite, Yahoo and Mail.ru. When a user's email client doesn't support AMP emails, the recipient will be able to see plain HTML email which we provide options for.
You need to get your sender email whitelisted with these email clients before your AMP emails can be rendered. In other email clients, a fallback HTML version will be shown to the users. You can create both AMP and HTML versions together inside the Mailmodo editor. There is no problem with the users’ experience where the AMP emails don’t get rendered. They will automatically see the HTML version.
