IOS updates compatibility may be a concern. IOS policy may be a problem

Easy to use - I don't even look at FB Ads Manager dashboard anymore, this is so much better

Responsive founder/team - they're adding more integrations which should make this a true all in one solution

When something isn't working, it would be helpful to have a more action oriented "do this to get it to work" message - sometimes you're greeted with a lot of technical jargon but not a next step
