Q. How many users in my company can take advantage of this plan?

A. Only one user. For more users, you can need to grab more plans.

Q. What are Standard & Extended licenses?

A. We pride our flexible licensing, however, there are still some limitations on its uses. Please see our Licensing page for more details. 

Q. What is a Royalty-Free (RF) License?

A. All Creative images at this site have a Royalty Free license. This license grants you permission to use the image without restriction to size, circulation, media, and the like. The license covers most uses our customers have.

The same image can be a part of a commercial, your web design, and your business card. You can use the image for as long as you want. Royalty-Free images are an affordable solution without any extra costs added.

The Royalty-Free license does not give you the right to resell the image in any way. You cannot use an image for a pornographic or unlawful purpose, to defame a person, to violate a person's right to privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity. The license is also non-transferable and belongs to you as a person or the company who purchased the license.

Q. I want to better understand what you mean by “creative works with our contents cannot be the sole focus of the design” - as I see the content needs to be modified to fall under the Standard License?

A. That is right. Making modifications to the background, adding elements such as text or other graphics, and in general making the work unique qualifies a design for the Standard License. The goal is to not have you simply using our content with no creative elements, in which case you would need an Extended License for use with your design (which is included in this offer). Be sure your download matches the proper use case.

Q. What is $25K Copyright Protection/Licensed?

A. It means that you are indemnified from any legal liability up to $25K per asset.

Q. Is there any daily cap?

A. Yes, for Plan A - it's 30 downloads/day and for Plan B, it's Unlimited Downloads/day.

Q. I design a lot of book covers, can I use these (as long as under 500K prints) by ebook and paperback as part of my designs?

A. Yes, that is perfectly fine.

Q. I work with bloggers and design posts for them / write their content. Am I able to include your images or does it fall outside the license?

A. While most other agencies consider this a grey area, this is allowed with UnlimPhotos. Use of work with your client's designs is permitted, and we encourage your creative freedom with our licensing.

Q. Can I use your contents to resell such as creative prints or templates?

A. Resale is only allowed with the Extended license (included in this offer).

 Q. I am a web designer, what are my rights to use with my clients or blog?

A. You can use our content for your client's websites or projects under our Standard Commercial & Extended Licenses.

Q. I have a design or marketing agency, how can I use your content with my clients?

A. Digital marketing agencies who use images to create ads on Social Media for their clients can use the images/videos without worrying. This offer is designed for design & marketing agencies.
