Do I need to ship the items myself?

Orders and deliveries can be managed as you wish. You can deliver orders on your own, by courier, or with a third-party website that offers this kind of service.

Can I edit or change products if I reach the maximum product number permitted by my plan?

Yes, you will be always able to edit, delete and add new products within the limit of your plan. The limitation, moreover, doesn’t consider variations so if your item has 20 variants it is always considered as 1 product. 

I’m not a designer nor a developer, is it easy to use?

The easiest! We have no competitors here, the platform is designed to be used by everyone, even by those that are not so familiar with technology and you won’t need help from designers or developers to start your business.

How do customers pay me?

In your Admin Panel, you can choose which payment methods to enable for your customers. You can decide to make your customers pay by debit or credit card with Stripe and PayPal Business or Wire Transfer or Cash On Delivery.

If I buy a plan, can I upgrade it later?

Of Course! If you exhaust your current plan limits, you can upgrade to a higher LTD plan from PitchGround (as long as the plan is live and the original plan is under 60 refund days).

Can I use my personal domain?

Sure you can! You can buy the "Custom Domain" extension and our support team will provide you all DNS information and help needed to complete the process.

Which languages are supported?

At the moment on Vetrina Live, you can choose between English and Italian for both customer-facing Vetrina Liv store and your admin panel.

In what countries can I use Vetrina Live?

You can use Vetrina Live in all the countries.

What currencies does Vetrina Live support?

Vetrina Live shop supports all currencies and you can choose the one you prefer or that is more suitable for your target. 

If I already redeemed a code, can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, of course. You can purchase a new Pitchground coupon code and redeem it as you already did with the first one. If you exhaust your current plan limits, you can upgrade to a higher LTD plan from PitchGround (as long as the plan is live and the original plan is under 60 refund days)

Can I add multiple stores to my single Vetrina Live account?

Yes. While you cannot stack 2 plans (can upgrade to a higher plan), however, if you wish to create & manage multiple stores under 1 Vetrina Live account, you can purchase the respective plans amongst the 4 available plans and contact Vetrina Live's support team at support@vetrinalive.it and we (Vetrina Live) will move them to your single Vetrina Live account so that you can easily manage everything under a single account.
