How does it work?

We automatically send emails every day to Allegrow email accounts. When these emails arrive we’ll move them from spam to the priority inbox, mark them as important and reply. This activity raises your sender reputation and means emails you send to prospects won’t land in spam.

Which plan should I choose?

This depends on the features you want, how many prospects you reach out to, and how many email accounts you have in total at your company:

As a quick rule of thumb - if you’re trying to figure out how many users/email accounts you'll need to connect to the platform inside your account - you should target connecting 1 email account / user per 1,000 emails which get sent out by your company per month.

For example, if you're sending around 5,000 emails per month, you’ll want to get started with Plan D. 

Are there limits per user or on my account as a whole?

Each user on your account can simulate up to 50 emails per day and you can set the reply rate to whatever you want. (although we recommend setting the reply rate in the range of 50-80%).

‍Every connected email account to the system counts as 1 ‘user’ and you can add users whenever you want.

Is stacking available?

No. Until the LTD is live and your purchase is under the refund period, you can upgrade to the highest plan D

How does my spam rate get calculated?

Every time we send an email from your address to one of our thousands of Allegrow network email accounts we record which folder the email landed in.

After letting our sending repeat for a few days we’ll calculate on average how many emails landed in spam per 100 emails sent. This lets us calculate your spam score and plot it on your chart inside the system then track progress over time.

Can you promise my emails won’t land in spam?

Making sure you reach the priority inbox consistently relies on a combination of good copywriting and controlling your sender reputation. We take care of the latter and need you to follow the best practices when it comes to direct marketing - then you can expect great deliverability.‍

What is "sender reputation"?

Every time you send an email the internet service provider (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo etc), uses a reputation score about your email account and domain to decide if your email should be delivered and then which folder it should be delivered to.‍

This score is based on how other users of their system (other Gmail or Microsoft email accounts) have interacted with your emails in the past, as well as the content of your email plays a part.

If the score is bad (low numbers of replies from users, very rarely have messages marked as important and spammy content), your email will either land in the spam/promotions folder or not be delivered (bounce due to rejection). Eventually, your account can get suspended if this gets very bad.

‍When your score is good (lots of people reply to your emails, mark them as important and the content looks genuine), your emails will be delivered to the priority inbox. Therefore, you will get a higher response rate as your emails can be read by the decision-makers you want to pitch.

Will Allegrow emails fill up my inbox?

We will be simulating genuine human conversations on your email account so there will be a lot of back and forward emails between your account and other Allegrow community email addresses. The good news is we'll add a specific keyword to every email thread which is an Allegrow simulated conversation - this means you can set up a specific label in your email account so all the conversations are organized using that label, and do not interfere with your day-to-day to day work. (we’ll send you instructions on how to do this, and the various options that are available).
