How can you connect Stripe?

If you already have a stripe account, you just need to register your Pricewell account. Then you can connect with Stripe using the appropriate button. If you don’t have an account already, don't worry, you can create one in the next step. You will be taken to stripe.com and you will be asked to create a new account. Don’t worry about completing every detail of your business. You will be asked just the basics, name, address, etc. You can complete the rest later (Stripe will prompt you via email).

Can you use Pricewell if you have multiple websites?

Yes. You can even connect multiple Stripe accounts so you don't have to host all your businesses in one

How Pricewell handles payments?

Pricewell does not collect any personal identifiable information of your customers. That information is all held in your Stripe account and the clearing of the payment is also deducted by Stripe. We serve as an intermediate between your company’s payments and Stripe, facilitating the infrastructure and save you development time.

Why not integrate directly with Stripe?

Integrating Stripe can take you weeks of development. PriceWell saves you the hassle, plus you get a copy-paste pricing page. 

How can I change the format of a pricing page?

In the PriceWell’s app we have a whole format and design section to make the pricing page uniquely yours.  

Can I use custom CSS for my pricing page?

Yes. You can include custom styles on the webpage where you embed your pricing page. These styles can target any element inside our custom “#pricewell” element.

Is PriceWell compliant with GDPR regulations?

Yes. PriceWell does not store any personally identifiable information of your customers. That information is all held in your Stripe account. We only store the identifier to your Stripe account (and use that to trigger payment flows for your customers). This means you do not need to remove any personal user data from PriceWell, but you may need to from your Stripe account 

Can I use my Stripe account in Test mode

Yes. You need to connect your live Stripe account in order to set up your PriceWell account. Once your account is connected you can switch an individual Pricing Page between Test and Live mode. In test mode you can use test credit cards (see the Stripe Testing Documentation ) to test the full process. If a page is in test mode, a banner will be displayed when your pricing page is loaded (so you don't forget to switch it to live mode before you launch it to customers).
