How many email marketing platforms can I connect to? and how do I connect my email marketing channels?

At this time we allow connecting to one email marketing platform. Supporting additional email marketing platforms is in our roadmap. The connection method (OAuth or Hosted space URL/API Key) varies with the platform and takes less than two minutes to complete.

How many additional channels can I connect? How long does it take to connect?

At this time you can add your product analytics, CRM data, billing, web analytics etc. We are constantly adding  more channels and some premium integrations in the coming days. Connecting to other channels takes only a few minutes and is seamless.

Why should I add additional channels? Is there any benefit?

Simply said, signals from additional channels create better segments. These signals are critical to your business and helps provide an all-round picture for our AI-graph technology.

What are hyper-segments?

Hyper-segments are groups of contacts that Glance creates for specific goals (“convert trial users to paid”, “upsell paid users, etc.”) and how close they are towards their goals. Having such specific hyper-segments that are created by goals help in getting the most conversions through email campaigns run by either your marketing/growth team or even by sales.

How often are hyper-segments generated? Is it automatic?

Hyper-segments are generated every week. They are automatic. You can choose to move these segments in your marketing platform automatically or on-demand.

Do you provide anything else other than hyper-segments? 

Yes, indeed! We do offer content suggestions for these hyper-segments. Depending on the email marketing platform you use, we push this to your platforms inside of campaign data. Alternatively, the suggestions are always available in our web application for your consideration

Where can I see your content recommendations?

Content recommendations are visible on your Glance account. Each of these recommendations are visible at the hyper-segment level.

Do I need a minimum contact list size and campaign history?

Glance is a data based product, and as such its best if your contact list size is at least 2500 users and you have a campaign history of at least three months.

I don’t have the lists organized by the goals, what do I do?

We got you covered! Glance organizes your audience by goal types. You can map your list/segment/tag names to  goals and leave the heavy-lifting to us!

Can I change my goals?

Absolutely! You can configure and redefine goals at any time.
