Decent Tool with Good UX
Pros
Very very simple to set up. I set up the campaign in just 5 minutes.
You can give coupons to both ambassadors and referrals.
Flexibility to give the rewards immediately (automated) or manually after approval.
It has basic Analytics. It could be improved though.
You can set up an Amount of reward or value in any currency.
You can upload manually created codes in CSV format to automate the distribution of codes

No share button for Instagram at the moment
Unable to find options for A/B testing. The founder should consider this option.
No templates. Good templates would reduce marketers expense of hiring a graphics guy
No visual builder. There are some basic graphics and color-changing options. But something like thrive leads builder would make this an awesome tool.
Live chat support would be really nice. Because we marketers face problems in real-time and during such viral campaigns, we face problems that need an immediate solution.

It would be great if we have sort of pre-made campaign templates library to run referral campaigns quickly.
Instead of entering a code to see login dashboard for Ambassadors I would suggest ability where users can setup their own password to see their referrals dashboard.
