This tool is going to be a huge time saver plus great for customer service/user experience

It was quite easy to register, requiring only your Facebook account (might be something to expand in the future). The setup process was also fairly easy, giving good instructions.

The option to add your keywords and your automated responses was quite flexible. The flow was is set to be intuitive (you set the keywords before setting replies).

The option to delete or modify both single flows and entire setups also looks like something that will be useful if one is not getting what they want immediately.

The instructions to integrate your Instagram account were not so easy to follow because of how the page was arranged. The background of the images/screenshots and that of the page blended and made it hard to tell one from the other.

Once you start getting into creating the flows, things get complicated quickly if you’re not careful. The page seems to have a lot of options seeking your attention.

There are no templates or expanded suggestion databases for new beginners. There is a helpful option that gives you more context on what you might be looking to create, but it’s not enough.

Very helpful to drive traffic to your website. Given the fact that Instagram does not allow URLs except the bio link, this keyword trigger automation is definitely a boon.

No bugs. I am surprised. Almost every LTD tool has bugs. This is super stable

Unfortunately, there is no SMS or email opt-in. But I found a workaround. You can simply give a Ref URL and make them opt-in on your FB messenger bot or mobile monkey or many chat and solve the issue.

It would have been good if FB messenger feature was also added to instachamp. That would help while running FB ads campaign.
