The onboarding was smooth. You get a video that quickly takes you through how to take full advantage of the tool, from secret functions to the open obvious ones. It was well put together. The rest of the dashboard was also great, with clear titles for every part of the tool.
Like I said before, the output was really impressive. Makes me ask for the source of the prompts that were used to teach the AI. You get a lot of options for the type of copy you want to create, broadly categorized under email tools, startup tools, blog tools, website copy, and so on.
The function to save your copy was easy to use and easy to see when you went looking. There was a search function to find one copy among the thousands you might have. You also get each copy titled under the prompt you created it with for easy recognition.
In addition to the saving and search feature, another feature that works well for me is the folders. That for me is the best thing you can give a content creation agency. I don’t like having to set it before every new copy, but I liked how it was conveniently placed in the writing panel.
The only onboarding is the video and without it, you probably won’t know how to really create a blog post properly. That’s because once your AI stops thinking and generating, you have to select all the content, click > AI Shortcuts > Write About This. Once you get the hang of doing that, though repetitive, you get the hang of it pretty quickly after that.
There is no way to know how many words have been used in your limit within the AI writing panel. I would really like for AI tools to incorporate that instead of always making one have to go to the main dashboard to get that information. Being too conscious of your limits is worse when you can’t see what they are while using them.
The email writer, my supposed favorite tool, was lacking for me in options. You only get welcome emails, follow-up emails, confirmation emails, thank you emails, and an email subject line generator. That won’t do it for me. Onboarding, cold emails, etc were lacking.
You have to put in your business name and description for the copy you’re creating. That gets annoying when you keep on repeating that same step for every type of copy you want to create. There should be a feature to save that information and put it in new ones only when needed.
