  • it is very simple and there are (in my basic version) only two aesthetic types to add to the email signature. For me they are enough but it depends on your tastes

Will I have any special restrictions with the plan I have bought?

All features (administrators, customers, surveys, responses, email alerts) are unrestricted and unlimited. The only restriction will be the number of agents/staff you can monitor.

What languages does RateMyService cater to?

English only at this time. However in the Settings section you will see we designed the system to cater for other languages in the future. Our Dev team has committed to custom Call to Actions, and localization/language options in the next 3 months.

What future features to you plan to build as part of the RateMyService roadmap?

- Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys - Customer Effort Score (CES) surveys - Automated/scheduled email reporting - Integrations with Ticketing (e.g. ZenDesk) and CRM's (SalesForce) systems - Integrations with Email Signature software (E.g. CodeTwo) - Post Resolution Surveys E.g. An email to the client requesting feedback once a ticket has been closed. This will require integration with ticketing systems like ZenDesk. - Single Form Surveys. This is a webform that has the full (all three faces) survey in a weblink. The short URL can be used in a SMS to the client (E.g. customers who use SMS to notify and close off tickets)

It's a survey designed to help businesses understand what their customers think about their products/services/support/brand. In other words it measures how satisfied your customers are with you. It's really encouraging to get awesome feedback from your customers. Sometimes though, something goes wrong, and you need a quick/efficient way for your customers to communicate their concerns/issues to a manager/owner. That's where RateMyService comes in! ;-)
