NIce simple system
Nice easy support system that is just a self hosted set up of Chatwoot. So, don't expect too many new features or updates. Anyone who uses a self hosted system is probably just out to make a quick buck.

Who Needs Support? Get this one!!!!
This support system platform is poised to be the perfect connecting piece of the modern variety of instant communication tools being used. The simplicity of focus with the possibility of very advanced functionality makes this a must have toolin my tech stack! I highly recommend grabbing this one up fast while it is still an LTD!

  • The sign up process was fluid and easy to follow

  • The interface is that it is very clean, well organized, easy to navigate, and easy on the eyes!

  • Though currently still under development, is going to be the ability to add an absolutely cutting edge “AI” technology from Google known as, “Dialogflow”!

  • “Canned Response“, consist of adding any “short code” tag that you’d like, and then what text that will be displayed when using that short code. This will be very helpful for support teams to develop a list of specific relevant response to customers queries, while saving a lot of time in the long run!

  • The simplicity of focus with the possibility of very advanced functionality makes this a must have tool in my tech stack! Very well designed.

Interesting all-in-one omnichannel messaging platform with potentials
SupportChamp works as it is supposed to. The UX is very simple and easy to get started right away out of the box. The speed is great, no lagging at all like many other "try-to-be" platforms that keep popping up. If it can get all thechannels integrated as promised, this one can be a great solution in the near future.

  • Adding LiveChat widget to a website was easy and straight forward as it should be.

  • Core system for the chat and customer supports work nicely and stably. I did test with multiple text and attachments; everything worked perfectly in a speedy manner

  • Super easy to use and get started

Cons
  • Slight dated UI. I think it can improve by modernize it a bit and use some fresh colors.

  • Appearance of the livechat widget is not modern. It needs a facelift.

  • Slack Integrations give error (could be quick fix)

It supports different support channels like Email, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, SMS,web chat etc. They also offer web hooks to help integrate it with more channels. The support tickets can be tagged as well as assigned to different team members. I recommend checking out this solution as it offers lots of value for small businesses looking to get their customer service running smoothly. Overall my experience with support champ is positive.

To display the Support Widget on the website, you simply need to copy paste the js code and paste it on your website. You can customize the Greeting , Profile pic, Business Hours Create Agents, Teams. You can configured Canned Responses and also configure auto reply etc ... Configuring inboxes for email / twitter is similar and straight forward. You can add labels to your current conversation in order to properly categorize them.. SupportChamp is working currently with Dialogflow integration for website inbox. Currently Slack and Webhooks are present in SupportChamp. You can configure Webhook for each message request received in your inbox. At the moment however while writing this review, there is limited customization available to customize the support widget that is displayed on the website. Also there is no option to disable SupportChamp branding on this widget. Option to configure your own smtp so that replies made for each inbox request are routed through your own email address is missing.

Are there other fees involved?

In order to use Twilio to connect WhatsApp or SMS, you need to pay Twillo. This can work if you have an existing Twilio account already activated for WhatsApp

Do you Support Other Languages?

Yes, SupportChamp supports about 30 different languages

Are Websites supported with Widgets?

SupportChamp can connect with any website. WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, custom apps, and others.

How to install the widget

The code snippets should be added to the head of the HTML code.

For wordpress sites, there is a wordpress plugin coming in our roadmap. But in the meantime, you can add the snippet to your wordpress sites using some plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

The snippet can also be added through a Google Tag Manager

Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan by purchasing any of the higher LTD plans from PitchGround as long as your purchase is under the 60-days refund period and until the deal is live.

Can I import and export contacts into the CRM?

Yes, you can. We have a feature on our roadmap that should allow you to do this in bulk.
