The sign up process was fluid and easy to follow
The interface is that it is very clean, well organized, easy to navigate, and easy on the eyes!
Though currently still under development, is going to be the ability to add an absolutely cutting edge “AI” technology from Google known as, “Dialogflow”!
“Canned Response“, consist of adding any “short code” tag that you’d like, and then what text that will be displayed when using that short code. This will be very helpful for support teams to develop a list of specific relevant response to customers queries, while saving a lot of time in the long run!
The simplicity of focus with the possibility of very advanced functionality makes this a must have tool in my tech stack! Very well designed.

SupportChamp can connect with any website. WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, custom apps, and others.
How to install the widget
The code snippets should be added to the head of the HTML code.
For wordpress sites, there is a wordpress plugin coming in our roadmap. But in the meantime, you can add the snippet to your wordpress sites using some plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
The snippet can also be added through a Google Tag Manager
Can I upgrade to a higher plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan by purchasing any of the higher LTD plans from PitchGround as long as your purchase is under the 60-days refund period and until the deal is live.
Can I import and export contacts into the CRM?
Yes, you can. We have a feature on our roadmap that should allow you to do this in bulk.
